Ticket Terms
Last updated 16 October 2026.
These terms apply specifically to tickets purchased or registrations made for Piesie Esther events through this website, in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.
Free registration
Where an event offers free registration, your place is reserved once you receive an email confirmation with your reference code. Free registration does not guarantee entry if an event reaches capacity or is oversubscribed — arrive with your confirmation and, where requested, photo ID.
Paid tickets
Paid tickets are held for a short reservation window while you complete payment through Paystack (mobile money, card, or bank transfer). If payment is not completed within that window, the hold expires and the tickets are released back for sale. A ticket is only valid once payment has been confirmed and a ticket with a QR code has been issued to your email.
Entry
Bring your ticket's QR code (printed or on your phone) to be scanned at entry. Each ticket code can only be checked in once. Piesie Esther's team and event venue staff reserve the right to refuse entry for invalid, duplicated, or suspected fraudulent tickets.
Refunds & cancellations
Paid tickets are non-refundable if you're simply unable to attend or change your mind.
If we cancel or postpone an event, you can choose between:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- Keeping your ticket valid for the rescheduled date, at no extra cost.
If an event is postponed, your existing ticket remains valid for the new date by default — we'll email you with how to request a refund instead if you'd rather have one. If an event is cancelled outright, we'll contact all ticket holders directly with instructions for claiming a refund.
Questions about a specific order can be sent to bookings@piesieesthermusic.com.
