These terms govern your use of the official Piesie Esther website (piesieesther.com), including browsing the site, submitting a booking enquiry, registering for or purchasing tickets to an event, and subscribing to the newsletter. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

The website

This site is provided for information about Piesie Esther's music, ministry and events, and to handle bookings, event registration, ticketing and related enquiries. We aim to keep information accurate and up to date but don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.

Booking enquiries

Submitting a booking enquiry through this site is a request only — it does not confirm a booking. Thank you for your invitation. Our team reviews every request personally and will respond within 3 to 5 working days. A booking is only confirmed once you've received written confirmation from management.

Event registration & tickets

Free event registration and paid ticket purchases are subject to the specific event's own details shown at the time of registration (date, venue, capacity, and price where applicable). Paid tickets are processed through Paystack; a ticket is only issued once payment is confirmed. Tickets are personal to the named attendee and may be checked at entry.

If we cancel or postpone a paid event, you can choose a full refund or keep your ticket valid for the rescheduled date — see our Ticket Terms for the full policy. Tickets are otherwise non-refundable.

Accounts & conduct

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting forms on this site, and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to disrupt its normal operation.

Intellectual property

All music, photography, video, artwork, and written content on this site belongs to Piesie Esther or her licensors unless stated otherwise, and may not be reproduced without permission. Press and media may use materials from the Press & EPK page for editorial coverage.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Ghanaian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
